Stress and Anxiety

Everybody experiences stress and anxiety to some degree, but too much can be damaging to your health, your relationships, and your happiness. If you are concerned about your level of stress or anxiety, there is a good chance that it is too high. I will help you understand when your stress or anxiety is harmful, and will help you identify and cope with factors that increase your stress and anxiety. At times, I may also use relaxation techniques to decrease physical symptoms of anxiety and general tension.
